This is a really cool 1960's Vintage toy set. The building and fence is made of tin. There are some broken parts as this toy was played with. What you see in the picture is all included. There is an assembly sheet, original unused rocket decals, and the original box but as you can see the box and assembly sheet is in poor shape from being in the attic for 40 years. I am sending this as I found it. Still this is really cool I had a blast setting this up!!!Posted with eBay Mobile
