This gorgeous flower figurine was probably made by either the Doccia factory of Italy or the Societe Richard Ceramica, who both use the crown and N mark. It is commonly referred to as Capodimonte. It is a delicate lavender-tipped rose with 2 buds on a wood-tone base. Size is about 7 1/2" long and height is 4" tall. The bottom is marked with the circle "Capodimonte, Made in Italy" around the crown and N mark. This lovely figurine has only one defect that I could find-- a tiny chip out of the petal edge on one of the rosebuds. That is amazing considering all the fine petal and leaf tips and edges that could be damaged! This lovely rose would be a prize addition to any collection!
