CUSTOM CARBON FIBER SHIELD! This shield was made by hand as a prop for a Halloween costume with aerospace-grade carbon fiber. The paint work was done to resemble the one-of-a-kind Captain America's shield. The shield includes back straps for easy carrying. This shield is truly unique and would be a great collectible for any comic book advocate! You can see the sleek carbon fiber weave on the backside of the shield to tell it truly is carbon fiber. Net Weight: 1.12 lbs (0.511 kg) Super lightweight!! See picture! Diameter: 18 in (45 cm) The shield is, however, hand-made and therefore there are small defects. The shape is not perfectly round as you can tell from the pictures and there is a small red paint stain on the backside of the shield. The shield is sold as is and alterations can be made by the buyer. Disclaimer: This shield will not stop bullets... but it might.
