This Captain America Shield Kit. is made of extra thick spun aluminum and is 24" in diameter.Perfect for the do it yourselfer! It was made in America as I believe all Cap shields should be. The Star is separate but each one is machined and spun to fit each shield. I Had this shield inspected by the pro's at therpf, and it met rave reviews. I painted it to see how the star looks, I think just like Captain Rogers. The photo's of the painted shield are for example only. They are even easier to paint because you can paint the star separately. As always please read my feedback if you have any doubts as to the quality of this shield. Complete instructions for Paint and Assembly are now included.
