Original 1971 Straight pressing of Capt Beefheartmasterpiece, “Lick My Decals Off, Baby” in excellent condition. White label promo / Straight indicates that this is the original pressing, and it carries the RS – 6420 A 31121 – 1B RS – 6420 B 31122 – 1A Marks in the dead wax. If you are reading this, you know what this piece of vinyl is, and I am not going to waste either of our time on track listings, band members, etc. This is a great example of this extraordinary record, many sellers might call it Near Mint minus, but I will remain conservative and call it VG+ with no problems. T is a bit of light surface noise, especially in the quiet passages, but it plays great! No skips or pops. This record has not been abused or played excessively, it is a good clean specimen. The cover is pretty clean, but like most examples of this shiny, thinly-printed black surface, t is ring wear front and back. T is light wear all around, but generally minor. T is a seam split of about 2cm at the bottom opening and it is "bumped" but not too badly. The other corners are "rubbed". The spine is well-centered and readable, but starting to crack. A black pen would help that a lot but I will let you do it. The Radio play sticker is straight, clean, and well-centered, and is not peeling or discolored.The cover is a solid VG+ overall, in my opinion. The read more
