The cover story is also the first story, titled Captain Marvel and The Electron Thief , drawn by Pete Cotanza , and written by Otto Binder , has our famous boy reporter Billy Batson fighting off the man who wants to control all the radio stations in the world. Seeing as how he has cornered the market on electrons, perhaps he can do it too. Captain Marvel saves the day and in a rare display of serious violence, kills the criminal. Holy Moley!
