CARLTON WARE Lidded Jar

This is a Carlton Ware lidded jar. The jar is square shaped versus being perfectly rounded. The background is mottled blue and it has gold trim. The pattern is of exotic birds, leaves, fruits and fruit baskets. The pattern is on the lid and all four sides of the jar. The bottom is marked "Carlton Ware MADE IN ENGLAND TRADE MARK" and t are also four numerals impressed into the bottom but I can't make out what they are. Measurements: approx 4.75" x 3.25"... Condition: The jar is in excellent pre-owned condition. No notable wear, no chips, no cracks and no repairs.
