This is a beautiful electric blue Good Luck Northwood, 8 inch, Stippled, Ruffled Bowl with a ribbed back . If you look at the base, the bowl is blue, it is interesting that when you shine a bright light through the rim of the base it shows purple. I have included many pictures to show the different vibrant colors and incrediable showy irredecence. The inside of the bowl is Stippled. On the end of one of the ruffles, you will see an area w it looks like one of the points are chipped off. The area is smooth so I had a hard time deciding if this was an actual point chipped off or a manufacturer's flaw. Please veiw the pictures carefully so you can see for yourself. Besides a few flea bites, typical for Carnival Glass, and the point I referred to above, the bowl is in great condition no chips, cracks or wear marks.
