The "PRIZE" for the collector who wants to complete the "DRESSER SET". You will note that I have left the "maker" section blank. This Perfume Bottle is listed in Doty on page 80 in the Grape & Cable section "BUT" (made by Dugan) is detailed. The only place I have ever seen the perfume bottle shown as part of the dresser set with no mention of Dugan is in Klamkin's price guide published in 1980 the year before Heacock's article that rocked the carnival world in "The Antique Trader Weekly 1981".I leave the decision to you as to maker but here it is and in Marigold. The stopper is a perfect fit and does have an interior bubble which tells me it was hollow and air was trapped.Much comment has been made about the bottle not having the "CABLE" and thus not Northwood.I again leave the decision to the buyer.I would assume that both serious Carnival collectors and Perfume collectors will have an interest in this offering.PS: Klamkin also lists as part of the dresser set, a "Hair Pin Nappy".The Butler ads show neither the Perfume nor the Nappy.no need for further comment from me.
