Offering for bid one vintage black amethyst carnival glass vase. I feel confident, though unmarked, the vase was produced by Dugan. The pattern is lined lattice, the base has triangular toes and the iridescent coating is applied perfectly. The crown top flares nicely. All pictures were taken outside. I verified the black amethyst color by holding the vase to a high intensity light as recommended by a carnival glass website. The pattern was also indicated as a Dugan by the same website. The vase is in pristine condition with no chips, cracks or fleabites that I can see. The vase stands 8 ¾ inches high and 3 ¼ wide at the base. The shipping weight will be 3 pounds. This is a piece you will be proud to add to your collection as it is both rare and beautiful.
