This Carnival plastic ukulele is really a toy, although you can find examples on the internet of people making these sound like decent instruments - search 'Carnival plastic ukulele' on Youtube. This one is cracked and has been repaired badly by a previous owner. The body has partially separated from the face. It has home-made wooden tuning pegs which are strung with fishing line! I'd say this is one for a collector, or somebody with patience, a tube of glue and a set of new strings. A nice piece of collectable Americana which could be brought back to life! Please note that the 10p is pictured for scale and is not included in the sale :0D
