***CAROUSEL OSTRICH.Probably European, late 19th-early 20th century, softwood. Nicely carved, old paint, and a later stand. 57"h.For another ostrich from the same shop, see Alderfer Auction Company (Pennsylvania), March 2005, lot 814.Condition: Numerous age cracks, areas of paint loss throughout and bottom part of the beak is missing.We provide condition information when it is requested by a potential bidder, as a part of our dedication to excellent customer service.
