Carpenters / Anthology Japan ONLY Audiophile 4LP BOX-SET A&M AMP-9801 ~ 4 ( No.01942 ) Appendices: "Original OBI”, “Box-Cover", “4 Inner-Covers” & "28 Page Booklet" ( Complete Set ) Description: This is rare Japan ONLY Audiophile 4LP box-set ( released in 1985 ), comin' with complete appendices. AD on obi says this box set album was recorded on original new master-tape by Richard Carpenter as audiophile copy. The serial number ( No.01942 ) is printed in left top corner of back-cover. The 28 page fat booklet shows “Japanese description” and “English & Japanese lyrics”. Each disc is housed in inner-cover like usual record cover. It’s hard to find this item in complete shape even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector. It’s lightly scraped & scratched in part on the surface of front & back, while being clean inside box. It has otherwise no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK. DISC1~4: All of discs are nearly TOP in condition. Each disc has none to a few spindle-mark on each label. Each has otherwise none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM”. All of the discs have none flaw on the groove…very clean discs, I guarantee you. OBI: G+, being waving on the surface of front, with a line of scratch ( crease ) in lower portion of front. It’s scraped on the surface of back. BOOKLET: VG, being lightly scraped with minor marks of stain on the surface outside, while being clean inside pages. INNER-COVERS: EX ~ VG+ each, being lightly scraped on the surface of each. PAYMENT: Buyer must pay the postage for this item. We accept PAYPAL for the payment.
