Hallmarked Sterling Silver Pill - Keepsake Box Hallmarked Sterling Silver Pill or Keepsake Box by Carrs of Sheffield Hexagonal Cushion Casing ~ This hinged Pill/Keepsake box is excellent to keep for oneself or it does make an ideal gift. ~ The discerning buyer will be happy in the knowledge that, as a gift, it will be very well received and will be kept for a very long time . ~ This Keepsake/Pill box has been made by Carrs of Sheffield where Silversmiths have been producing some of the worlds finest silver for over 300 hundred years. It is guaranteed to be not less than 92.5% pure and is hallmarked-Sterling Silver. ~ The Hallmark consists or five markings:- ~i) RC : - which stand for R.Carr. ii) 925 : - which indicates the fineness of the Silver. iii) � :- The office of assay (Sheffield) .( The actual marking looks like a Ships Wheel) iv) Lion Symbol : - Traditional fineness mark of Sterling Silver. v) J : -The letter denotes the year (so it changes each year) of Hallmarking. ~ To clean any finger marks, use a clean soft damp cloth. ~ If you should mark it, then you can use a standard silver cloth or a small amount of silver polish. ~ This will not damage the properties of the Sterling Silver. ~ Sterling Silver is ideal for being engraved. ~ The size is (approximate) 1. 3/16 " in Length it is 1. 3/16 " wide and it is 1/2 " in height In metric The size is (approximate) 3 cm in Length, it is a 3 cm wide and is 1.3 cm in height. ~The complete box weighs approximately 9g. ~ The Sterling Silver Pill-Keepsake Box comes in its own Carrs gift box. ~Visit My eBay Store I except Paypal, Postal Order, BACS or a Cheque. � The cheque will have to have cleared� my bank account before I� can forward your purchase.
