2 Old CARSON PEWTER Bowls, Freeport, PA

This auction includes an oval bowl that measures 4 3/4" wide, 6 5/8ths" long, almost 2 1/2" deep....and also a larger serving bowl that's 6 7/8ths" wide, 8 3/4" long, and about 2" deep. Both are marked with a 'C' and say '-Carson-, Freeport, PA'

Both show wear and age, and molding marks and variations like all the pewter I'm selling this week. I have no clue regarding anything else about it. Sorry, I don't know anything about pewter, so please look at the photos and ask questions if you can't see what you need to, because what you see is what you get. Seems sturdy.

This was part of a large boxful of pewter that I got a long time ago at an estate sale, don't know why now, as I never used them or even unpacked them. Maybe someone else has a use for some of it? The pewter looks fairly heavy duty, maybe someone would like to use pewter at a camphouse, as you surely couldn't break any of it! Or maybe you have teenagers in the house and want truly unbreakable table ware. :^) Be sure to look at my other auctions if you need any more, I'll be happy to combine shipping to reduce the cost for you (pewter is really heavy for the size, sorry about the postage weight, ick....). ***If you win more than one auction, please wait for me to send you a combined invoice before paying, so you can get a discount on the total shipping.

Buyer in the U.S. pays s&h via Parcel Post or Priority Mail, your choice. Put your zip code in ebay's shipping calculator further down below to find the cost to your zone. Insurance is optional.

If you win more than one auction from me, please wait to pay until I send you a combined invoice the next day, and your total postage will be lower (as long as items can be safely shipped together).

No international shipping at this time unless you contact me before you bid so that I can first confirm packaging size for airmail & let you know the cost to ship to your country. I've found that t are too many variables to use a generic calculator when shipping outside the United States. Thank you for your patience.

Please Note** I will only accept returns under certain conditions, such as if the wrong item is shipped or it was grossly misrepresented. As you can see from my feedback, those things do not ordinarily occur in my auctions. I am a human being however, so if human error does occur, I will make it right.

Most of the items I sell are vintage, not new. One should always expect wear appropriate to the age.

GENERAL NOTES: If I know any history on items, it's mentioned in the auction. I will always happily combine on shipping for you if the items can be packed together safely.

I make every effort to always describe and photograph items as well as I can, but am not an expert on anything. If I miss describing something important to you, please do write!

:: Payment Terms Payment must ARRIVE no later than 7 days after the auction ends. :: Shipping Terms I try to ship most weekdays, but please be understanding if your package doesn't go out the first day, occasionally it'll be the second. I'll notify you as soon as it's shipped.
