The pin depicts a mother squirrel with two babies and with the colors I've used, and the oxidization, it is a very vintage appearing pin. Momma squirrel has one acorn held up in her hand, teasing the little squirrels, and another acorn held with the other arm (both acorns are touced up a bit with enamel color). She has a red bakelite head scarf on (the white dots are painted with enamel). All three squirrels are carved from a cream corn yellow oxidized bakelite and have black bakelite eyes.
