Local pickup is welcomed as well, we do charge sales tax. Please read the below note and any others that may apply to you: NOTE: As with all antiques and handmade items t are bound to be minor surface scratches, nicks or miscellaneous flaws from every day use. This is normal, and to be expected. We do the best we can to describe each item. We do inspect each item before listing and will always note any blatant imperfections, damage or repairs that we find. SPAM BLOCKERS: Please check your spam folder if you request information or are the winning bidder. We frequently have trouble communicating via email with buyers using spam blockers. This is very frustrating to both parties...buyers and sellers. We DO and WILL respond to emails, but please make sure we are able to do so! Thank you! PAYMENT & SHIPPING: Please include the item number, your full name and address along with your telephone number with payment. We accept checks, money orders or cashiers checks. When your item is stated to ship Greyhound Express it will deliver to the terminal nearest your shipping address, w you can pick it up. Delivery to your home is also available. NON PAYING BIDDERS : As sellers, we are charged roughly 10% of any given items sales price by Ebay ...this includes both listing fees and final value fees. By bidding on this or any other item, you ARE entering into a legal binding contract agreeing to purchase the item. Should you opt not to purchase and uphold your legal binding contract we will expect a minimum $25 (usually $35-50) payment to cover fees we have incurred. If this is not made, we will be obliged to: a) report you as a non-paying bidder to Ebay b) Place a strike on your Ebay account c) Leave negative feedback & d) Send all pertinent information to our attorney who will prosecute to the full extent of the law, making you liable for purchase/loss of sale, attorney fees and court costs. A judgment will be filed against you which will be noted on your credit rating! Please don't make us resort to this!!! I am sorry to have to waste much space and verbage on the above, as the majority of buyers complete their purchases. It has become necessary though, to ward off potential loss of sales, and to let people know that it is serious! Unfortunately, many people don't understand that by placing a bid on any item, they are entering into a legally binding contract. It costs me money when they have a change in mind over a purchase, as well as valuable time to relist and wait another 7-10 day or more period for the piece to sale, and then another 7-10 day period to receive my money. I have 6 kids to feed...this is how I earn my living! If you decide to bid...then please honor your commitment to purchase. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding ~ A NICHE APART ~
