This is an Original wood carving by Joseph Connors offered for sale by the artist himself. Signed and dated 2007 by Joseph. Beautiful white Santa holding two Cardinals. The birds are carved seperate and pegged for shipping and storage. Can easily be glued in once you receive it if you prefer. Piece measures 6 inches tall and 3 and 1/4 inches across. White coat with deep green cuffs. NOT A REPRODUCTION My husband and I have been carving basswood Santa's since 1986. We are celebrating 20 years of carving, and each piece offered for sale this year are signed and dated 1986-2006. We also have hang tags that come with each Santa describing how each Santa is hand carved, painted by wife Pauline, and sealed in polyurethane. Our Santa's are easily recognized for their delicately carved faces and blowing beards. A wonderful piece to add to any collection.
