Case Longpull knife set. Certificate of authenticity reads, Case Tested XX Limited Edtion Set. This is to certify that this set is a genuine Case collectable. Only 3,000 matched serial number sets have been produced for this limited edition.From 1920 to 1940 the blade tangs of Case knives were stamped Case Tested XX. This special two-knife limited edition set commemorates the Case Tested XX period with a knife pattern from that era. This knife pattern has not been produced by Case in almost a half-century.The Case Tested XX Collectable Set features: Rare patterns R6111 1/2 SS redbone handle and G6111 1/2 SS green bone handle. Matching long tail C serial numbers 0772. Raised gold letter shields. Two variations of the Tested XX stamps etched on blades. Knives are in mint condition, Serial# etched on the right on bolsters. Lightning S 3 dot 1987. Comes in blue box that replicates old style stock box which shows a little wear but in good condition no rips or tears. 4 3/8'' closed. This is a cheetah style knife without the swing lock.
