Gary Scott Case Classic Collection Gold Chip Sunfish Knife. No Reserve, of course!! :) Gary Scott is well known in the Case Classic era as the maker of all the wooden Classic display boxes as well as individual Classic wood boxes. Gary had the exclusive on all wooden display cases made. He and Jim Parker were very good friends. I met Gary quite a few years ago while traveling to shows with Jim Parker. Gary has such a talent with wood. He cuts it, dries it and makes it into beautiful displays as well as furniture and much more. He is a true master craftsman. He is also a true knife guy!! The Case Classics I am offering for Gary were hand picked for him by Jim Parker himself. I remember watching Mr. Parker pick the knives just for Gary and we would take them to the shows. Gary met us t to pick them up. These knives all come with COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and a special labeled Classic box. This is a really nice Case Classic Sunfish knife. The knife is a 72050 Sunfish knife. The knife is 4 1/2" closed. This knife has beautiful Gold Chip celluloid handles. The knife has a Case Oval shield. The knife is tang stamped Case 19XX95 and it has Prototype etching. Prototype is engraved on the rear of the master blade. Market value is $2,500.00.
