UP FOR AUCTION: "SPECIAL EDITION ELEPHANT ETCH" This is a 1 of 9 "Extremely Rare" 1996 Case Classic Series , W. R. Case & Sons, "Red Rogers Bone", Sunfish/Elephant Toe knife, Pattern 62050, its 4 ½" closed, has a pinned on Case Bomb Shield and has Double Pull Stainless Blades.. The Master Spear blade has an Elephant Etch on the front, is Tang stamped W. R. Case & Sons Bradford, PA 19 USA 96 and the rear is Pattern stamped Tested XX 62050SS. The rear side of the small Spear blade is also Tang stamped W. R. Case & Case Bradford, PA. The "Red Rogers Bone" handles are in "Mint" condition and have no cracks, chips or scratches. The Bolsters are bright and shinny with no scratches and both blades are factory sharp, have great Snap, and are also bright and shinny with very minor blade rub that is associated with all Sunfish knives. It comes with an original issue W. R. Case & Sons, Case Classic Series box, and a Case 1996 Sunfish Series Certificate. T were a total of 9 "Red Rogers Bone" Case Classic Sunfish knives produced in 1996 with the "Special Edition" Elephant Etch and a Bomb Shield, that makes this Sunfish Knife Extremely Rare, "Good Luck Bidding".
