Hi I'm John Ed Wilder III; I've been collecting Case Classic knives for quite a few years, most are "Prototypes", "Exotic Handles", "Low Run", "Rare" and hard to find Classics. I think it's time for someone else to be the caretaker in the coming years. In the next few months I will be offering part of my collection in order to restore another Classic, one of my 1965 Corvette's. The knife is a 2091 Case Winchester Classic Cigar knife with Genuine Heart Abalone Handles. It is 4 5/8" closed, has a plain Oval Shield, is tang stamped Winchester and has a Winchester Etch. This knife is a Prototype and is marked on the rear of the master blade. It is in Mint Condition comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Parkers' Knife Collector Service and Case Classic Box. It is unused, and has a current market value of over $2,000.00, Good Luck bidding.
