UP FOR AUCTION: This is an "Extremely Rare" 1990 XXX Case Classic Series, American Blade Collectors Association "Green Rogers Bone" Saddlehorn Knife, Pattern G62100; its 4 5/8" closed, and has a pinned on Case Bomb Shield. The Master Blade is Tang stamped on the front Case XXX Bradford, PA 19 USA 90 and the front of the large blade has a "1990 ABCA Limited Edition" Blade Etch and on the rear is Pattern stamped G ROG 62100 SS. Only 1,000 were produced with the ABCA Limited Edition Blade Etch, this one has #0241 engraved on the front Bolster. The triple XXX markings were only used on the Saddlehorn, the Big Congress and the Big Gunboat Canoe in the Case Classic Series. This Big XXX Saddlehorn knife is in "Mint" condition, the Green Rogers Bone handles are in "Mint" condition with no pin cracks or chips, the Bolsters are bright and shinny with no scratches and both Blades are Factory Sharp, have great Snap, and also are Bright and Shinny with very, very minor opening and closing scratches. It comes with a Case Classic Series Factory box and an American Blade Collectors Association "Certificate of Authenticity". In 2001 it had a book value of $2,300.00 with the ABCA Etch; you be the judge on what it's worty. The Case Classic XXX Saddlehorn was only produced for the American Blade Collectors Association in 1990, it was the first year of the Case Classic Series and the first knife to bear the Case Triple XXX Tang Marking, "Good Luck Bidding".
