We just bought a fantastic collection out of Pennsylvania of discontinued Case knives, still mint in the original issue boxes, a great find. This knife for auction is one of the Case 1989 Centennial Edition Lockblade patterns, R61059 L SS, 3 1/8" closed. This knife features the Genuine Redbone scales and is tang stamped with Case XX 1889-1989 on the Spear blade. The etching on this blade reads Case XX Tested Centennial 1889-1989. The rear tang of the blade is pattern stamped with 059 L SSP. The shield is the special encircled Case Centennial Shield; this shield was used exclusively for the Case Centennial collection knives in 1989. This knife is mint and complete with the blue and silver Case factory box.
