This knife for auction is one of the super rare Case 1989 issue Centennial Collection knives, produced as a part of the Case Centennial Collection Serial Numbered Set in a quantity of 500 pieces total. W.R. Case & Sons issued the Centennial Collection Mint Set in 1989 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Case name in the world of cutlery. T were a total of 100 knives in the set with the knives being produced with either Genuine Stag, Redbone, or Goldflake scales. Folks the only way to get one of these knives individually is to find one out of a set that is being broken up and that's what I'm doing.T were a total of only 500 sets produced and each knife for auction out of this series also features the Case Long Tail C Serial Number.
