HI, This Auction is for a 1978 two blade Serpentine Jack knife pattern pocket knife made by the W.R. Case & Son's Cutlery Company Bradford,PA.This knife is part of the 1978 red letters series of pocket knives.They were made in limited quantities.This knife measures 3 5/16" in the closed position and features beautiful Genuine Sambar Stag with the famous Case XX logo Nickle & Silver pined on inlay Shield.The handles are not chipped or cracked.The knife has never been used,carried or re-sharpened.Sorry no box.The bolsters are Nickle & Silver and the pins & liners are Brass.Once in a while a Stag pocket knife will come along with that perfect stag and perfect on both sides and not just the back,well in my own opinion it is,because I think these stag handles are just stunning! and perfect in every way.The whole knife is that way,because the blades have opening and closing snap that sounds like a car door closing.Now I just might be exaturating a bit,but the top bidder will see what I mean.The snap is great.The red lettering is fine having no issues.T are a few very light scratches on the blades,but nothing that would take away from the beautiful knife at all.This is indeed a very nice find and I am sure that the top bidder will be very pleased to display this beautiful pocket knife.I know that I sure was.So good luck to you all and thanks for looking and bidding and have a Great Day!
