HI, This Auction is for a 1997 two blade Mini-Trapper pocket knife made by the W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company Bradford,PA.This knife measures just shy of 3 1/2" in the closed position and features chip & crack free genuine Chestnut Bone with the very famous Case logo Nickle & Silver oval inlay Shield.This was the last year that Case used this type of Chestnut color before they went back to their original formula in 1997.This knife has never been used,carried or re-sharpened and does come with it's original factory box and packaging.The bolsters are made of Nickle & Silver and the pins & liners are Brass.The blades are made of Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel which is known for it's Razor sharp edge and stain resistance ability.The blades also have the brushed finish and do have new knife opening and closing snap with no side play while at the open position.Both blades do have the solid half stop position.The tang stamp on the Master blade is Case xx U.S.A.with four dots under the U.S.A. The secondary Spay type blade has 6207 SS stamped on it's tang.The only flaws that I can see to mention would be some light storage marks on the bolsters.This very collectible pocket knife is in near mint condition and in my opinion would make a fine addition to any pocket knife collection.The resell value of a Case pocket knife is one of the read more
