HI, This Auction is for a 1986 large two blade Copperhead pattern pocket knife made by the W.R. Case & Son's Cutlery Company Bradford PA.This knife measures 4" in the closed position and features beautiful Black Bone with the very famous Case XX logo Nickle & Silver oval inlay Shield.The beautiful handles are not chipped or cracked.The knife has never been used,carried or re-sharpened.The bolsters are Nickle & Silver while the pins & liners are Brass.The blades do have the half stop positioning and lock very firmly into each position.They also have outstanding opening and closing snap which is notorious for this pattern type.T some light storage marks on the bolsters,but that is it,because this knife is in very near mint condition.It's very clean inside and out.The blades are a high Carbon Steel and this size of knife gives you great cutting power and since Case knives are the King of the traders anyway the knife is very collectible as well.You just can't go wrong with a Case pocket knife and the Copperhead pattern is one of the more popular patterns to collect.So I think that this beautiful pocket knife would be a great pocket knife to carry or collect.It sure would make a nice addition to anyone's pocket knife collection.So good luck and thank you for looking! have a great Day!
