One of the most elegant factory production knives ever made. A real eye-catcher. I only offer this one for sale 'cause I am lucky enough to have another, one that I actually carry afield when hunting. The Desert Prince by Case XX. Tang Mark: CASE XX, five dots SS four dots, USA on three lines. Length overall: 10 1/2" Blade length: 5 5/8". Condition: Excellent. Never used, carried, sharpened. Does not look as if it was ever polished. minor handling type evidence on the guard/bolster (must be real nickel silver). Sheath is beautiful basket weave imprinted type, fold over the top. A stiffener insert inside. It appears unused, perhaps knife was slipped into it once or twice. Box condition: Very good. See slight wear on top left corner. End of box lid reads: CASE (round logo) DESERT PRINCE KNIFE/SHEATH (398), WR CASE & SONS CUTLERY, BRADFORD, PA 16701 USA . Inside the box is a black flocked inserts for the knife and sheath to rest in on display or storage. Great but not mint condition. Original peice of Case paperwork included. See pic for condition. Unless I read different from the buyer, I'll package this up with the knife inserted into the sheath, these nice display type boxes take a beating when knives are just shipped loose inside of them. As a sometime Ebay buyer, I understand the frustration felt sometimes by shoddy packaging.
