This is a CASE XX knife model 523-5 year 1979. Knife measures 9 1/4" long and blade measures 5" long. The knife has never been used or sharpened. This knife has beautiful thick STAG handles which are in great shape w/ no cracks or chips. These STAG handles look great and both handles match well. AWESOME THICK STAG!! Butt and guard are in good shape all clean and bright. Guard and butt have some light handling scratches from being moved around and stored. Blade has never been used or sharpened. Blade is in great shape clean and bright w/ no spots. Blade has a great etch that reads 1879 BRADFORD CENTENNIAL 1979. Etch is in great shape w/ all of its BROWN color. Blade looks great!! Tang on blade reads CASE XX USA w/ one dot. Year 1979. Back tang reads 523-5 SSP. Knife comes w/ original sheath which is in great shape. Knife comes w/ a box, not sure if original because the numbers have been marked out on the end of the box, box is in good shape w/ some handling rubs on the lid and a little tear and some heavy scratches on the bottom part of the box. This is a good unused CASE XX 523-5 STAG BRADFORD 1979 NIB knife. I accept money orders and checks and PAYPAL. Shipping will be $7.00. International shipping will be $12.95.
