This is an Excellent Case XX model 7254 Trapper Mercury Dime Commemorative Set. This knife has beautiful Curly Maple handles,nickel silver bolsters, mirrow polished surgical steel blades and inlaid Case and Mercury dime emblems in the handle. The knife measures 4 1/8" closed. The bolster is engraved with serial # 352. Tang on blade is stamped CASE XX BRADFORD PA and back tang is stamped 7254 SS. The front blade is etched with a statue of Mercury and the back blade is etched Mercury Dime 1916-1945. This knife is in excellent condition and has neither been carried nor sharpened. An encased original Mercury Dime dated 1944 is mounted in the case. The beautiful steel frame "flip-Top" display case has deep gold lettering on top of the lid and inside liner.
