This is a CASE XX knife year 1985. Knife measures 14" long and blade measures 9 1/4" long. Knife is in the BOWIE pattern. The knife has never been used or sharpened. This knife has a beautiful really thick STAG handle which is in great shape w/ no cracks or chips. This STAG handle looks great! AWESOME REALLY THICK STAG!! Guard and butt are in good shape both clean and bright w/ both having some handling scratches and some light tarnish. Blade has never been used or sharpened. BLADE IS BLUED! Blade is in good shape clean and bright. Blade has some pepper spots, some light oil staining on both sides of the blade, has some spots w the blueing is a little light, including a big spot of blueing missing on the back of the blade. Once again blade has some visible pepper spots, some light oil staining on both sides of the blade, has some spots w the blueing is a little light, including a big spot of blueing missing on the back of the blade. Blade has a great etch that reads 80th ANNIVERSARY W.R. CASE & SONS CUTLERY CO. BRADFORD, PA. 1905-1985 TESTED XX BRAND w/ picture of a building. Etch is in great shape w/ all of its color. TOP OF BLADE IS BEAUTIFULLY FILEWORKED! Base of blade reads serial# 0964 of 3000 . Tang on blade reads CASE XX USA w/ five dots. Year 1985.
