Over the next few days, I am going to be listing some Case Dog Leg Trappers from my personal collection. This particular auction is for a beautiful CASE XX CENTENNIAL REDBONE DOG LEG TRAPPER . Produced in 1989 as part of the CASE CENTENNIAL SET , this Case Dog Leg Trapper has gorgeous jigged redbone handles and stainless steel clip and spey blades. Closed the knife measures 4 1/2 inches long, and opened it measures 8 inches long. The redbone handles are in perfect condition with no cracks or chips, and the knife has the Case oval shield. The highly polished blades have good snap when opening and closing the knife, with very few opening and closing marks, and the clip blade is etched with the words CASE XX TESTED CENTENNIAL 1889-1989. The clip blade also has the Case 1889-1989 date tang stamp. As with all high quality W.R. Case and Sons cutlery, this knife comes with nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. Never carried or sharpened, the knife does not come with a Case box. The Case Centennial Redbone Dog Leg Trapper is becoming increasingly harder to find, and is a must for the Case knife collector. I have nearly 500 total feedbacks on eBay, and they are all 100% positive, so bid with confidence. This is a no reserve auction, and payment must be made by PayPal, cashier's check, or money order only. Shipping charges are $7.50 for USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
