's either a daguerreotype or tintype for auction, a subject I know NOTHING about, but loved the look and CLARITY of this old photo. And especially loved her pink cheeks, truly the only color I see on photo. It was a double case I assume at one time, but it has broken off, so I'm sure collectors will only be interested in the photo itself. Measuring 2 1/2" x 2 3/4, with the image taking up almost all of that, this seems an awfully Clear and Undamaged photo. BEST OF LUCK!
