Description: Cased set of 4 very stylish Sterling Silver Art Noveau Salts by James Dixon & Sons. Sheffield c.1912. Unfortunately only one of the four original salt spoons remain. One of the salts has a little dent in the side (not a difficult job to fix) They all have what looks like the letter h inscribed to the front of each salt. There is still some 'gilding' remaining at the base of each salt that has since mostly worn away. Weight: Each salt weighs approximately 38g Total weight of silver (inc spoon) 155g Size: Diameter 7cm excluding handles and they stand 2.2cm high The case is a little distressed in places but overall in good condition for age.
