This is a very rare authentic original 19th century antique cast iron bulls head figural wall hanging advertising coin operated dispenser for a men's barber shop.I have done some internet research and have seen only a couple of these machines show up at auction houses and they went for big bucks.I have no reserve and will consider buy it now offers.You would put a penny in the slot,pull the bulls horns down and a squirt of perfume would come out of his tongue onto your hankie.The top part is round with vogue perfume company buffalo ny molded lettering and the center has a cardboard sign behind glass advertising perfume your handkerchief for 1 cent ~ the united vending machine co cuyahoga phone cent.8682 713 caxon building cleveland ohio ~ directions drop one cent in slot lower horns and perfume will be sprayed from end of tongue.The center of the machine is the bull head with coin slot and metal label on his head center.Under the head it has lettering molded reading;the bull novelty company N.Y. buffalo mfrs.The side has a riveted tag with the number 138.It measures 15" tall.This Is being Sold As Is /As Found/As Shown.CONDITION of this item is very good overall but it not complete.It is missing the tongue and there is no container to catch the penny coins.It is solid with some paint wear/loss,some surface rust,the horns move smoothly and the hanging holes are intact.There are 2 extra signs under the glass behind the sign showing but they are very stained and in poor shape.Paypal payment within three days and usa bidders only please.
