Hello,this auction is for a cast iron,figural,bottle opener ! I aquired this bottle opener around five years ago;when I did so,I'd THOUGHT,it to be a cast iron version of F-160 OR F-161,,,which are two different,figural,bottle openers,composed of brass ! However,,THIS,cast iron opener,is LARGER,than either of the BRASS,Scaled fish:as a matter of fact,it's even a bit larger than the Wilton,cast iron fish,bottle opener known as F-159 & sometimes referred to as a Trout ! While THIS,cast iron opener isn't painted like any trout I know of ,,it DOES,kind of resemble a fish known as a Bloodfin?? In other words,what I'm trying to say is,,I've not found any referance to this bottle opener in any book,at any time,& I have looked on numerous occasions ! Anyway,it's painted nicely & is in very good condition; about the only other thing I can say is I've always thought of it as my " MYSTERY FISH " ! Measurements are as follow,<> 5 3/8's in length by 1 13/16"s in height & width is 1 1/16" <> Thanks for looking & Good Luck,............................................................................................................................with your bidding ! !
