This is a Cast Iron Motorcycle Police Patrol made by Hubley in the U.S.A. around 1930. 3" Long. The Original Red Paint on the Bike and Rider is in Near Mint Condition. Tires, Hubs and Axels are Fine. Stamped "Made in U.S.A." on Side of Gas Tank. Excellent Display Piece. No Chips, Cracks, Repairs or Repaints. Check my Feedback, I only sell Quality Banks and Toys that you will be glad you bought. Offers on instore items will Always be Considered A few people have asked why my shipping is slightly higher than other's. I only use Priority with the USPS. Parcel Post is Cheaper but it is also handled differently and is not flown. The cheapest rate for Priority is about $5.00 and add to that weight (because I use lots of packing), Delivery Confirmation and depending on the Zone you are in and it all adds up. Sometimes because of total weight it's cheaper to use a flat rate box. Cast Iron is Heavy. So, for about $2.00 more I can get your purchase to you in 2-3 days instead of 7-9 days, well protected and in good shape. Well worth the piece of mind when dealing with quality toys and Banks. I am or have been a member of several Collector's clubs over the years. Even though I have learned alot over the past decades I don't know it all........did I just say that? Anyway, I am always open to further knowledge about this or any other item you may have. Some Items will have a Small Reserve because of Condition or Rarity. I remember as a kid going to an auction and hearing " don't raise your hand or you'll be sitting in the car". Considering the investment that cast iron in general has maintained throughout the years, maybe I should have raised it more often. Oh well as they say...........Anyway, somewhere along the way the beast has gotten out of control and it has become time to thin the herd. I have thought of hiring an auction company and may have to eventually but for now your bid and a small shipping charge gets the item, no 15% to 22% buyers premium and even better no fuel surcharge!!!!!!! The Cast Iron, Tin, Tin Wind Up, Friction and Battery Operated Toys that I am and Will Be Listing in the Coming Months are from several Collections that were Purchased. Some of these Toys have Been Stored Away in Excess of 30 Years. A Very Large Grouping of Battery Operated Toys that I have are Complete with the Original Box. I will list them as working when I tested them, unless otherwise stated. However I cannot guarentee that to be the case after they are shipped, as wires and contact points could get bumped loose.
