This vintage pan sits flat, has no damage, and is finely seasoned. It is one of three that I have been cooking with in my own kitchen for years. Alfred Andresen eventually made cast iron for Griswold, so you know this is great quality. For you collectors, according to an expert on cast iron plett pans, this is one of the first, if not THE first, model of plett pans made in America.
