Beautiful Pontalba Design Cast Iron. Very Detailed and Ornate. Double Faced ( Design on both sides). This design was commissioned in 1848 for the Pontalba Building, a cornerstone landmark in theNew Orleans French Quarter, as has been replicated for years due to their beauty and versatility. So many things you can do with these, like kitchen island brackets, fireplace mantel brackets, shelf brackets, and ceiling & post corners, or gate crown. Put this item together and it would also make a great security guard window. All you need is an imagination! Comes as a pair(2). Each one measures 17"h x 17" w and 1" thick. Weight 7.75 pounds each. Comes unpainted in its original condition, ready to paint or not. They do not have pre-drilled holes for mounting, but we will be happy to do it for you, just let me know in an email after you have placed your order. Hardware not included. Thanks for looking!
