VINTAGE "CASTELLI" VASE JUST GORGEOUS!!!! This Beautiful Vase, Comes from My Father's side of the Family Tree. I do not have much back-ground on this Vase, But, I want to say that My Grandfather brought it over from Italy when Became an American Citizen, and that was around 1900-1905? Unfortunately with it's Delicate Beautiful Work--I think that the "Moves" along the Years did it in.... I must be totally Honest ...It is in bad shape (Not Artwork wise--But Structurally). The Vase was obviously Broken pretty bad at one time and My Dad must have tried to "FIX" it--He did pretty Good! My Dad did have a "NACK" for GLUE!!!! LOL!!!! T are no missing pieces on the Body of the Vase. The "CURLY" Handles (Decorations) are Broken--YET! I think all of the Pieces were put Inside of the Vase, as You can See in the Pictures. I hope they are ALL t---I Honestly Don't know, I have never tried to put it back together. I have also NEVER Cleaned it at all. I was always afraid too! Measurements are as Follows: Top to Bottom (Outside): Just Shy of 12 inches Width (Middle of Vase): 9 inches Top Neck: 3 inches Bottom (Stand): 5 and 1 Half inches Mouth Opening: 3 and 1 Half inches Top to Rim (Inside): 9 and 1 half inches With Fancy Curl Decorations in Place: 14 inches Tall (approx.) This Vase is much too GORGEOUS to just "GET-RID-OF"! I hope that someone out t can restore Her to Her Natural BEAUTY!!!! Thank You. Chris&Joe :o)
