1930's BAKELITE CATALIN LACKNER NEON-GLO DESK OR MANTLE CLOCK This is a stunning example of Art Deco in both design and use of materials. Both the Clock and the Neon tube are working and in great condition. This model dates to the 1930's by the Lackner Neon Clock Company and the neon tube behind the yellow ring of Catalin gives the room a yellow-green glow that is really fantastic. You can run the clock either with or without the neon turned on and the clock keeps perfect time and has an incredible display, always a conversation piece. I have photographed from all angles so you know t will be no surprises. The only damage (last 2 photos) is on the bottom and is not at all noticeable when clock is displayed. Really a great example of Art Deco Americana at its finest. SHIPPING FEES Most packages are sent via USPS . However, if you would like to request a different method let me know and I will try to be flexible. In most cases I will give the postal costs clearly stated in the auction description, for heavier items I will utilize the shipping calculator . I am now adding a $1.00 handling fee per auction domestic and $2.50 international. Insurance is optional and can be added to the cost. I will not be responsible for uninsured items.
