n Up for auction is an old Caterpillar Diesel D6 tractor brochure. 31 pages. Lots of illustrations. No date. Measures 8 & 1/4 x 10 & 3/4 inches. Great condition with some wear. Front cover has a creased corner. Buyer pays $2.50 for shipping in the U.S. Good Luck and God Bless!!

Payment

Payment is due within 10 days. If I do not receive the payment within 10 days I will file a dispute against the buyer through ebay to retrieve my fees. If you pay with Paypal and do not purchase insurance and your items gets lost or stolen in the mail I will not be responsible. With this said by bidding you wave your right to withdraw your funds back from Paypal. If you do withdraw your funds by bidding you agree to pay lawyer fees and any other fees associated with retieving my funds. By bidding on this item(s) you agree to all of these terms with no exceptions. This is a legal contract.

Shipping

I will NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I will NOT purchase insurance or any other services for you. If you want these services you have to purchase them. Any services offered by any shipping company that I use will be available upon the request of the buyer. I will NOT be responsible if you do not ask about these services. I keep the shipping cost as low as I possibly can. Most of my materials are not free which means I add on to shipping to cover materials used. If you have a problem with that do not bid. I take time to package items and am experienced in packaging fragile items.

Returns

If I make a mistake in the listing I will do all that I can to fix the matter. I will NOT be responsible for buyers who do not read the whole description or any of the terms posted. I do my best to describe items. My feedback shows that. If you do not purchase insurance or any other services on an item I will not be responsible for it being lost or damaged. I am NOT responsible for transit times when your item has been mailed. Any buyer who leaves me negative feedback for no good reason will be turned in to ebay and I will contact any and all sellers they deal with either currently or in the future to warn them. I watch my Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) very closely. I can tell who leaves what rating.
