Hi! Here is a new in box The Cats Meow Village North Pole Collection dated 1997. This collection is Authentic Wooden Collectibles produced by FJ Designs, Inc. Home of the Cat's Meow Village. The Village features Mrs. Claus Bakery, Reindeer Barn, North Pole Sign, Packing the Sleigh and Santa and Mrs. Claus. It also features glittering snow on all five collectibles. If you are a collector or know someone who is this would be an amazing addition to any collection. General Information: I hate to have to put in disclaimers but for both our protection please read the notice below: Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding as ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise indicated or I inadvertently misrepresented an item, at which point I will resolve the issue immediately. If you have a problem please give me an opportunity to correct it before leaving feedback as even though “All sales are final” my goal is to have a happy customer. If we can resolve an issue, I would prefer to do so; however there may be a time that we cannot resolve an issue and at that point we will ask e-bay to resolve for us. I will, to the best of my ability, describe all item(s) as accurately as possible. I do not consider myself an expert in anything but I will try to answer any question you may have and if I can’t answer it I will tell you. We are a pet-friendly home with cats. If you are allergic to cats, I ask that you take precaution before bidding. We keep our products separate from them, but there will always be a chance that a stray hair or 2 will get onto the product or in the box. Shipping: UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD BOTH THE ITEM AND SHIPPING PLEASE, DO NOT BID! IF YOU BID AND DO NOT PAY YOU TIE UP THAT ITEM FOR UP TO 9 DAYS WHERE I CANNOT SELL IT. All items are shipped delivery confirmation so we can both track your package. Most packages are shipped at flat rate by your zip code and normally shipped the following weekday after payment is received. I ship the most cost effective way at the time of purchase. I use the Post Office, UPS and Federal Express. Please make sure that your address will work for all mail service. I print off the labels from e-bay so you should be able to see your tracking number. If you don’t please contact me and I will send it over to you. I PACK EACH AND EVERY ITEM TO HOPEFULLY PREVENT ANY DAMAGE DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WORK WITH THE CARRIER TO ENSURE ANY MONIES DUE BACK GO DIRECTLY TO YOU, HOWEVER, I WILL WORK WITH YOU ANY WAY I CAN. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International Shipping is at my discretion, not all items in my store will be available for international shipping. All international shipping will have a $5.00 shipping & handling charge, any fees you encounter at your end over and above what you paid to me are your responsibility. According to the Post Office, it may take a day or 2 more for your package to arrive so please be considerate to that when filling out the seller’s survey. Payment: Payment must be made within 5 days from purchase or winning of an auction. If payment is not received within 5 days a case will be open through e-bay for them to attempt to collect payment on my behalf. If after four (4) days you still do not pay, per e-bay’s policy you will receive a negative strike against you. If you receive 3 strikes that could lead to you being blocked out from not only my items, but most other sellers too!
