The knife measures 3 3/4+". The grooved handles are pretty. There is an obvious tight pin crack on the front at the top pin. The scales show what appears to be very fine/tiny cracks (and there may be a few), BUT they are part of the bone's natural grain itself. You have to look through a closely to see most of them, all minor - see pics. Pins and liners are brass, shield and bolsters are n.silver. Blades are full, marked and in excellent condition with hard snap and 1/2 stops. Pen blade is a Cattaraugus factory replacemant, it was installed - and the knife was cleaned - professionally and correctly with care. The patter number for this Cattaraugus "Folding Hunter" as it's factory described, is 21269. The tang stamp on this knife is simply light. Sweet knife and a super example of this Catt. pattern.
