I am listing five quality pieces tonight. This is a very tough piece. CD 164 (not the more readily available CD 162) H.G.CO. in dark olive green . The color is spectacular. The condition is just about mint. T is a tiny 1/2" stress fracture that can only be seen inside two adjacent drip points. The insulator has to be turned upside down to really see it. Three other of the sharp drips weren't quite filled out in the mold and t sharp tips are hollow and they are on the backside of the insulator. And t's a small BB ping creating an 1/8" circle on the upper wire ridge---no glass missing. That's it. Embossed on the front H.G.CO. / PATENT MAY 2, 1893. On the rear is PETTICOAT. Embossing is strong. This piece lists for $500-$600 in the 2007 Price Guide and you have a shot with NO RESERVE to get it. I do not sell altered (irradiated, stained, repaired, etc.), reproduction, or fake insulators. Most shipping in the contiguous 48 states will cost $8-$9 USD for a single insulator. I never add more than the actual postage unless it's just rounding to the next dollar.
