Here I offer a cd containing approx 200 high resolution scans produced from an original WW2 photo album. The album belonged to a German Otto Kielback who served with the Luftwaffe . Album dates between 1939 to the wars end ,there are a few post war of him. It seems for at least the early part of his service , Kielbeck was an air gunner , there are photos of him training in the use of aircraft machine guns ...planes include Ju 52 ,Ju 86 ,Ju 90 .Stork ,crashed British Spitfires/ Hurricanes .? A few good plane photos I cannot show because of offending insignia ...these also show unit /squadron codes . In 1941 - 42 we see him in tropical uniform in North Afrika ..mention of Tripoli , Naples , Pompey ..nice photo of a tiger tank .. He is presumably promoted ,because later he is seen as an officer ,posing in uniform and on motorbikes .He spends a period of time in hospital and in 1943 is pictured in Russia .
