In 1990 he became the first player to reach the 50-home run mark since George Foster hit 52 for the Cincinnati Reds in 1977. This drawing was done by David W. Seymour when Cecil Fielder was playing for the Detroit Tigers (1990-1996) and features Mr. Fielder hitting the ball alongside a close up view of his head and shoulders. The artwork autographed by Cecil Fielder was purchased at an auction to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth , February 28, 1992 . The program listing this particular piece is included. Although the include program states t is a ball, t is no ball offered in this auction. This auction is only for the autographed framed print. Double matted in blue and red to complement the picture, the piece is professionally framed, under glass, in a white wooden frame by GEM Frames, Fort Worth , Texas . The autographed picture measures slightly over 18” x 15”, which includes the frame.
