Anatole Krasnyansky left the Soviet Union in 1975 and immigrated to the United States, now living in Los Angeles. He had already achieved recognition as a master watercolor painter and architect. His work was embraced in Europe and Russia and stylistically today his "Old World" imagery still remains a part of his artistic output. He created an entirely new style which embodies his Eastern European roots and yet fully embraces his new life in the United States. Anatoles experimentation with mediums and materials led to a technical breakthrough and allowed him to create his own artistic method, which is independent from traditional watercolor technique. In his unique figural works which often at first appear abstract, Krasnyansky still maintains relationships to the tangible world. This image "Celebration II " which suggest a surrealistic influence relies on rigorous modernist formal consideration but still echoes of his Eastern European heritage. A catalog of Krasnayansky's graphic works spanning nearly five decades of his art has been published in 2012.This rather rare Serigraph " Celebration II " measures 37 5/8" X 25 5/8" comes unframed, signed by the artist himself with a COA. This serigraph is in pristine condition and is yours for the price of $700.00 . Shipping charges NOT included . International shipping will be charged accordingly.
