This c.1961, French made Centaure Pacific 5 model 500 reel appears to be new and unused. It is a medium sized salt water spinning reel cast of aluminum magnesium, anodized, plus thermo-enameling on large parts. Automatic full bail is stainless steel with carboloy steel line guide. Gear ratio 4.2 to 1 (33" per turn of crank). Anti-reverse lever, skirted spool, lose proof drag knob, ball bearing. Weight 15oz. Line capacity 8lb 350yds to 20lb 125yds.

Sale incudes: spare spool; box with inserts; instruction/parts book; spare parts retail price sheet; Authorized Centaure repair stations sheet.

Box is in very good condition. Paper items very good to excellent shape.

It would be very tough to find one as nice as this!
